Identity and scope
This website and PolyTracing Studio are operated and independently developed by Taher Abakhahdarabad. These terms cover the website at polytracing.com and its official Demo download service.
Official downloads
Obtain PolyTracing Studio only through polytracing.com. When a checksum is published, compare the downloaded installer with that SHA-256 before running it. Do not redistribute a modified installer or present an altered package as an official PolyTracing release.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, misuse its download services, or use the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.
Security notices
Releases are tested and published with integrity information, but no promise is made that third-party security software will never display a warning or false positive. A warning should be evaluated by checking the official HTTPS source, file identity, and published checksum.
Intellectual property
PolyTracing, PolyTracing Studio, the application, site content, product documentation, and original visual assets remain the property of the developer unless a separate notice states otherwise.
Availability and liability
The website and evaluation service are maintained with reasonable care. They may occasionally be unavailable or changed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Commercial licensing
A quotation request is not a purchase. Any commercial license, price, payment term, and applicable governing term will be provided in the written quotation or order documents accepted by both parties.
