PolyTracing Studio and this website are independently developed and operated by Taher Abakhahdarabad. The official website is polytracing.com.

The Demo is available as a direct download and does not require an email address, subscription, or account. If you voluntarily submit the separate updates form and confirm its consent box, we store your email address, subscription times, signup count, consent version, and source so we can send PolyTracing Studio update announcements and occasional special offers.

Only addresses with explicit consent appear in the active subscriber list. Historical addresses submitted solely for the former Demo email-delivery workflow are preserved for record integrity but are not treated as subscribers or eligible for promotional messages.

When you request a quotation, we store the contact, organization, licensing scope, country or region, workflow, timeline, and notes you submit. The information is used to prepare and follow up the requested commercial quotation and is sent to purchase@polytracing.com.

When you submit the Contact form, the name, email address, organization, topic, and message you provide are delivered through the configured SMTP service to contact-form@polytracing.com. The website database does not retain those raw fields or the message text.

To prevent automated abuse, the website retains keyed one-way hashes derived from the sender email, IP address, and message content, together with submission time and delivery status, for up to 30 days. These pseudonymous events are used only for rate limiting and duplicate detection.

The website records page paths, visit times, referring host, limited browser information, and a one-way keyed visitor hash. It does not use a third-party analytics service or an analytics cookie. Browser Do Not Track is respected. Analytics records are retained for the configured period, currently up to 365 days.

Active update subscribers, Demo download totals, quotation requests, and aggregate analytics are available only through the password-protected private administration panel. Authentication attempts are rate-limited and administrative sessions expire automatically.

Subscriber, historical Demo, download-count, and quotation records remain stored until they are removed in response to an appropriate request or operational policy. Subscription and contact-form anti-abuse events expire after up to 30 days. We do not sell submitted contact, subscriber, quotation, download, or analytics information.

The public Demo download does not request personal information. When the server begins delivering the installer, it records the release, filename, time, and a one-way keyed visitor hash derived from limited connection and browser information. The hash is used to avoid counting retries, resume requests, or parallel connections as separate downloads within a short period. Direct IP addresses are not stored in the download table.

Obtain PolyTracing Studio only through polytracing.com. Compare downloaded installers with the SHA-256 checksum published for that release and do not redistribute a modified installer as an official release.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent through the Contact page or by emailing contact@polytracing.com. Provide the email address used for the request so the correct record can be located.
