Keep the original filename:
PolyTracingStudioDemo-2.2.0-Setup.exe. - 03
Calculate SHA-256 and compare every character with the checksum published below.
Check SHA-256 in PowerShell
Open PowerShell in the folder containing the downloaded installer and run:
Get-FileHash ".\PolyTracingStudioDemo-2.2.0-Setup.exe" -Algorithm SHA256e0066b7e03a8f24922f733159736ce122f89e04e4da766b5dc141e583531419cIf the calculated value differs, do not run the file. Delete it and request a new official link.
If Microsoft Defender SmartScreen appears

Confirm the download came from the official domain and that SHA-256 matches.
- 02
Select More info in the SmartScreen dialog.
- 03
Review the application name and the information Windows displays.
- 04
Choose Run anyway only when the source and checksum both match.
Do not permanently disable SmartScreen, Microsoft Defender, or another antivirus product to install PolyTracing Studio.
